Andy Doolan Architects: Overview
This luxury Edinburgh home is located in one of the most sought after addresses in the city. The Grange is located on the south side of the city and is served by good public transport that is within walking distance of the property.
The bypass can also be reached by car in approximately 15 minutes and leads to the south via the A1, A68 and A702, the International Airport and the central belt motorway network.
The area includes both state and private schools and Edinburgh University. Shopping facilities in the vicinity include a host of specialist shops in nearby Marchmont and Newington where there is an excellent library and the Cameron Toll Shopping Centre.
