New headquarters for Intelligent Finance
“Fit-out was completed in May 2000 for Halifax’s new 72,000 sq ft internet bank on site F2, Edinburgh Park. The building is centred around a full-height glazed atrium which channels daylight into the heart of the building and provides the main vertical circulation to four levels of accommodation.

The headquarters building is crisply detailed using high quality materials whilst the silver and blue cassette cladding creates a dramatic visual impact from the nearby Edinburgh city bypass. Parking is a mixture of surface and decked parking form while sunken gardens create a shared space between F2 and it’s sister building F1″.
