This shop design won a BCO Award in 2004.

Office Renewal for NFU Mutual
Design: Nichael Laird Architects (MLA)
This office refurbishment project for NFU Mutual is located at 80 George Street in Edinburgh and sees a historic building reimagined from the ground floor up. This commercial property project involved the complete strip out and refurbishment of six floors of this historic building to provide 40,585 sq ft of Grade A office space.
A new reception has been created and alterations in the basement provide cycle storage and shower facilities to meet the evolving needs of the modern workforce. The building has been fully let to a single tenant.
