This property on the south side of Calton Road is located at its east end. The flats are situated on the north side of the historic Royal Mile, close to the Scottish Parliament building.

Waverley Railway Station is at the end of the street to the West. The property is well positioned for the forthcoming Market Street development.

The city centre with its extensive amenities and shopping is within less than a quarter of a mile west of the property. The Canongate area provides an excellent range of local shops, bars and restaurants. Holyrood Park to the south east is an oasis in the city for those who enjoy walking, running, hill climbing and cycling.

Other leisure facilities in the immediate and wider area include Dynamic Earth (south), The Commonwealth Pool (far south) and Meadowbank Sports Stadium (north).
