Burrell Company housing projects. Three high-density housing schemes are underway – Tron Square / Old Fishmarket (impression from north, current view below), was topped out Jul 2003.

Tron Housing for the Burrell Company completed in January 2004. The Invited Competition was held in 1998.

Cowgate housing (bottom right) and the People’s Palace. The latter includes the Breakfast Mission: offices for Tony Hunt Engineers, Fulcrum Engineers and Richard Murphy Architects completed in November 2001.
The approximate building cost total was £5m.
