Run by Paul & Ann Kinnoch formerly of the Tyneside Tavern (the pub located just a few doors further north into town).
The Waterloo Bistro is located in beautiful Haddington, just 20 minutes’ drive from Edinburgh. The picturesque town is perfect for a stroll, taking in the scenery and architecture.
The bistro itself is set in a charming building next to the 18th century Poldrate Mill complex near the River Tyne’s ‘Waterloo Bridge’. It features a traditional exposed brick interior with a modern twist, a menu of fresh, locally sourced produce and a family friendly ambiance perfect for chilled-out weekends with your nearest and dearest.
